Introduction

I.E. Mittwoch & Sons Ltd. (hereinafter: “we”, “us”, “the Company”) operates the website mitvoice.com. The Company is committed to protecting the privacy of users of this site. This document explains what data is collected on this site, how it is used, how it is stored, and who has authorization to access it. Use of this website constitutes your agreement to this policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please refrain from using this website.

The Company does not maintain a database requiring registration under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, but it adopts the requirements of the law and regulations, including Amendment 13 to the Law, and implements the principles of Privacy by Design and Privacy by Default in its systems and processes. We strive to design our information systems so that privacy protection is an integral component of them. In addition, the Company has appointed a Privacy Officer to oversee the implementation of relevant regulations and respond to user inquiries.

This Privacy Policy is written in masculine form for convenience but applies equally to men and women.

The Company operates in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, the Privacy Protection Regulations (Data Security), 5777-2017, and any other applicable law, and aligns itself with the principles of the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as necessary.

  • Report to the competent authority: In the event of a serious breach as defined in the Privacy Protection Regulations (Data Security), the Company will report the incident to the Privacy Protection Authority without delay and document the circumstances and handling of the incident.

  • Notify affected individuals: If necessary, and depending on the severity level, we will notify anyone potentially affected about the incident and recommended actions, enabling them to take appropriate protective measures.

  • Documentation and investigation: The Company will conduct an internal investigation to determine the circumstances of the breach, document the findings, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
